Returns

We have a hassle-free 30 day return policy. If it has been less than 30 days since your purchase, you can feel free to return the item no questions asked.

To start the return process, send an email to support@soundasleepproducts.com with your proof of purchase (purchase confirmation email is fine) and the reason for the return. We will confirm your return and let you know if there are any issues via email. Once your return has been confirmed, you can send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

When sending back an item, you should use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance as we can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We only accept returns for products purchased on this website (www.SoundAsleepProducts.com). If you purchased one of our products from Amazon.com, please contact their customer support team at 1-866-216-1072 to process your return. If you purchased the product through some other channel reach out to them to process your return. They may have different return policies.

If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. After the 30 day return window, all products are covered under our Limited 1-Year Warranty which covers manufacturer's defects that manifest during the first year after purchase. Punctures and holes from use are not covered.

 

Refunds

Once your eligible return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and we will begin the process of refunding your purchase on your original method of payment within 10 business days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@soundasleepproducts.com.

 

Repairs & Refurbishments

If you need to exchange a product or submit a warranty claim send us an email at support@soundasleepproducts.com with your proof of purchase and reason for exchange or claim. We will confirm your exchange or claim, and let you know if there are any issues. Once your exchange or claim has been confirmed, send your item to:
